7Payments and Financial Transactions

7.1 Payments for Vehicles

Cars Pro USA LLC does NOT receive payments through this website for the purchase of any vehicle. Every financial transaction related to the acquisition of a vehicle will be carried out solely and exclusively directly with the dealership (dealer) being worked with.

7.2 Communication About Payments

The only contact number authorized for discussing any payment or financial transaction is the one officially published on this website. We are not responsible for communications made through unofficial numbers.

7.3 Payments for Courses and Training

Payments related to training courses (Broker Élite) will be handled directly with our team through the official contact channels published on the website.

8Prices and Additional Costs

The vehicle prices shown on our website or communicated by our team represent only the price of the vehicle itself. These prices do NOT include:

State and local taxes (sales tax), which vary according to the buyer's state of residence.
License plate registration costs (tag/title), which vary by state.
Dealership fees (dealer fees).
Vehicle shipping or transport costs, in the case of shipments to other states.
Vehicle insurance or other associated expenses.

We ship throughout the country (nationwide). Each state has different taxes and different registration prices, which will be communicated to the customer before the transaction is finalized.

9Refund Policy

Before signing the contract

A refund of the down payment (initial deposit) is fully authorized if the customer has not signed any contract with the dealership.

After signing the contract

Once the contract with the dealership has been signed, the down payment will NOT be refundable, since the transaction becomes a direct responsibility between the customer and the dealership.

10Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, trademarks, design and source code, is the exclusive property of Cars Pro USA LLC or its respective licensors, and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States.
