1 Who we are and what this policy covers

Cars Pro USA LLC (“the Company,” “we”), which operates under the brand name Roy Sánchez, helps its customers buy a vehicle and apply for financing for it.

This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website and in conversations related to your application (WhatsApp, email or phone), what we use it for, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what choices you have.

3 Information we collect

3.1 When you apply for financing

First and last name, email address, phone number and date of birth.
Employment and income information: type of employment, employer or business, job title, work address and phone number, time on the job, source of income and approximate monthly income.
Any comments you write to us.
When you accepted the terms and this policy and authorized the review of your documents, and your application number.

3.2 Documents containing sensitive information

Driver's license.
One additional identity document of your choice: passport, ITIN document or Social Security card.
Proof of income, such as pay stubs or bank statements.

These documents show sensitive information, such as your address, your license number, your Social Security number or ITIN and your bank transactions. We do not ask you to type in your Social Security number; if you choose to send the card, the number appears in the image. We use these documents only to process your application.

3.3 If you have an account

The site no longer allows new accounts to be created. For those created before, we keep:

Name, email address and the date you accepted the terms and this policy.
Your password is managed by Google Firebase Authentication; we cannot see it.

3.4 If you share your experience

Name, city, vehicle model and year, rating, testimonial and photo.
Photos of the delivery of your vehicle.

We publish testimonials and photos only with your authorization.

3.5 If you write to us or call us

The information you share in the conversation, for example, the vehicle you are looking for, your budget or whether you have a vehicle to trade in.

In the site chat we ask for your name, your phone number, your date of birth and your message, and we record whether you agreed to receive text messages.

3.6 Technical data

When you visit the site, our providers receive technical data such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you request; they need this data to display the site and protect it. To limit abusive submissions, this site's former application form stored an encoded version (hash) of the IP address, the email address and the session, not the data in plain text.

4 What we use your information for

To process your application: to evaluate your case and help you find a vehicle and financing options.
To communicate with you about your application (see Section 9).
To manage your account, if you have one.
To publish testimonials and photos, only with your authorization.
To protect the site against fraud, spam and abuse.
To comply with the law and respond to claims.

We do not use your documents or your financial information for advertising.

5 Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

Dealerships and lenders: to process the purchase or financing of a vehicle, we share with the dealership that handles the purchase and with the lenders that evaluate the credit only the information and documents needed for that process. They handle that information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Service providers: Google hosts the site and stores the accounts, applications and documents (Firebase), sends the email notifications (Gmail) and protects the forms against automated programs (reCAPTCHA). HighLevel (LeadConnector) provides the site chat, stores the contacts and messages that come in through it and sends our text messages; Cloudflare protects the chat against automated programs (Turnstile). These providers handle the information on our behalf to provide those services.
WhatsApp: if we communicate through that channel, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Authorities: when required by law, a court order or legal process, or when necessary to prevent fraud or protect someone's safety.
The general public: the testimonials and photos you authorize us to publish are visible to any visitor to the site.

6 How we protect your information

The entire site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Applications and documents are stored in Google Cloud, which encrypts stored data.
Only authorized administrator accounts can view applications and documents. Each document is opened with a temporary link that expires after 15 minutes, and every time a document is opened, it is logged.
Internal email notifications include your contact and employment information, but not your documents.

No system is completely secure. If an incident occurs that compromises your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

7 How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes of this policy:

Applications and documents: while your application is in process and, after that, for up to two years from our last contact related to it. After that period we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or we need them to resolve a pending claim.
Account: for as long as the account exists.
Testimonials and photos: for as long as they are published or until you ask us to remove them.

You can ask us to delete your information before those periods end (see Section 8).

8 Your rights

You can request:

Access: a copy of the information we have about you, in a commonly used electronic format.
Correction: that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion: that we delete your information and your documents, except for what the law requires us to keep.
Withdrawing your authorization: to withdraw your application, stop receiving promotions or have a published testimonial or photo removed.

Write to us at Carsprousallc@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 (509) 608-7020. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time and, if the law prevents us from fully honoring your request, we will explain why.

9 Communications

We will use your email, your phone number and WhatsApp to communicate with you about your application: to confirm that we received it, to ask you for any missing information and to follow up on it. These messages continue while the application is active or until you withdraw it.

We will send you offers and promotions only if you agree, and you can ask us at any time to stop sending them, by WhatsApp or by email.

10 Minors

Our services are only for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that we have received it, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child sent us information, contact us.

11 Cookies and browser storage

We do not use Google Analytics or social media advertising pixels. We use what is needed for the site to work and be protected, and the chat you use to write to us:

Session: Firebase Authentication stores your account session in your browser.
Language: on your first visit the site reads your browser's language to show you the Spanish or English version; that information is not stored or sent. If you choose a language in the menu, we store that choice for one year in a first-party cookie (rs_lang) that contains only “es” or “en”.
Chat: the HighLevel chat stores in your browser a session identifier and the pages of the site that you visit, and sends them to HighLevel along with the page you came from; that is how we know where you are writing to us from. Before a message is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it is not being sent by an automated program.
Bot protection: Google's reCAPTCHA Enterprise analyzes browser and device data, and may use cookies, to tell people apart from automated programs.
Fonts: Google Fonts receives your IP address when your browser downloads the site's fonts.

12 Third-party services and links

Google's use of the information is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The chat is provided by HighLevel, which handles the information according to its privacy policy. The site also links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Maps; when you use them, their own policies apply.

13 Where your data is stored

Our services are intended for people who live in the United States. The site's database and documents are stored on Google servers located in the United States.

14 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post each version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will indicate it prominently on the site and, when the law requires it, we will ask for your authorization again.
